Electricity has become indispensable to daily life. When a customer comes to us for advice, I try to respond quickly, to lighten their burden even a little. There is no wall between seniors and juniors, and it is a workplace where we can all chat together cheerfully after work.

I joined with no knowledge of electrical work, so there was a lot to learn and the start was hard. Once, when we had an electrical problem at home, I dealt with it myself, came to know both the worker’s side and the customer’s side, and felt how important this work is.

I did an internship here while at university, kept working part-time after it, and joined after graduating through that connection. I am interested in gaining specialist electrical qualifications, and I want to take them on from now.

I went from part-time to full-time employee. At Takane Electric, people are serious while working, but in the vans and back at the office everyone gets on well; it is a lively, cheerful company. I want to create relationships and a workspace where people can be natural and relaxed.

Electrical installation is ideal for people who want a trade in their hands and who like to move their bodies. I joined without experience, but my seniors treat me kindly, so it is a place where I can work with peace of mind.

I was hired as Takane Electric’s first woman site worker. With a clean and attentive eye for detail, as a woman, I want to make service to customers part of my work.

Our ISO-based office is kept neat and tidy, so stock management and desk work after coming back from sites go smoothly. I feel that a clean, well-ordered office leads to the right attitude towards work.

I joined with no experience of electrical work. I learned the job as my seniors taught me, and gained an electrician’s qualification. Keeping to the rules, I want to approach every job carefully and conscientiously.

In my work, I do careful work and try to leave as little behind as possible. There are more young employees than before, and I feel that the company’s range will grow further through their strength.

I joined after working part-time at Takane Electric earlier. To protect everyone’s comfortable and safe living, I want to make use of my specialist electrician’s qualification.

When customers are pleased, that is a joy for me, and for the company and the main contractor too. I want to do work that lets me feel that happiness. The office is bright, and it is a workplace where we can do our best with a smile.

There is a small sense of achievement when I look at a distribution board I did not really understand when I joined and can now follow the flow of electricity. I want to gain qualifications and practical experience so that I can understand more complex circuits and work on them.

When a unit falls vacant in a housing development, I carry out repairs to things such as lighting and intercoms. Electrical work is specialist work, so I put safety first. I hope to enjoy my work while making use of my qualifications.

We are looking for colleagues
to grow with and build the future together.
