Internship Programme (open to students on general courses)

Students can experience electrical work on real construction sites. Students on general courses can also apply.

We offer internships to give students a chance to build their sense of a working life through work experience, and to understand our industry and our business more deeply. An internship is a period of “work experience” in which students work at a company. By going to a company and working and talking with people in employment, students learn how the company really works and gain knowledge of the industry, which they can use in their job search; for this reason, many schools recommend it. At Takane Electric, the work experience takes place on real construction sites. Our internship programme lets you look for a job while working in the specialist field of electrical installation, rather than only imagining it. For details, please ask your school’s careers office or Takane Electric. We look forward to welcoming anyone interested in our company or in the electrical installation industry. Please apply using the New Graduate Application Form below.

Trial Employment (suitability assessed after a three-month trial period)

Referred by Hello Work, you work with us for three months as a rule, and then both sides decide on permanent employment.

We offer trial employment to give people who are uneasy about finding work, because of limited work experience, skills or knowledge, a chance to build their sense of a working life through work experience. Trial employment is a scheme in which people who feel unsure about taking a permanent job (employment without a fixed term) because they have little experience of work, for example, work at a company on a trial basis, as a rule for three months, on the understanding that they will move into permanent employment. Through a referral from Hello Work, the company employs a particular jobseeker for a short trial period; once the jobseeker and the company have each judged whether the job is a good fit, permanent employment is decided if both agree. Jobseekers not only find it easier to find a job, but can also see during the trial period whether the work suits them, and can gain new skills and knowledge. There is no age limit, but there are some conditions for jobseekers who wish to take part in trial employment; please check at your nearest Hello Work office. Takane Electric actively offers trial employment.
